The Story
Engineer. Founder.
Architect.
My career began writing code. It evolved into designing systems, then leading teams, then building companies of my own. Each step added a layer to how I think about software: not just as a technical discipline, but as a business function that has to earn its place through real outcomes.
I founded Agilo IT to bring senior-level engineering leadership to businesses that need it without the overhead of a full-time hire. I later co-founded Syrona IT, the company behind Servero.io, a server-side Google Tag Manager hosting platform that gives ecommerce brands reliable tracking infrastructure for ad platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Through all of it, the question hasn't changed: what does this business actually need from technology?
Today, that means leading engineering at Grain Marketplace, Australia's grain trading platform, while continuing to build Agilo IT and Syrona IT, and consulting directly with founders and growing businesses on technical strategy, system architecture, and hands-on engineering.

May 2026 – Present
Leading engineering for Australia's grain trading platform, connecting growers and buyers nationwide. Responsible for the architecture and technical direction behind a live trading platform that has to stay reliable at scale, working fully remote from Bangladesh.

Co-founded Syrona IT, the company behind Servero.io, a server-side Google Tag Manager hosting platform, similar in category to Stape.io, that gives ecommerce brands reliable server-side tracking infrastructure for ad platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Business First
Technology decisions start with the business problem, not the interesting technical challenge. The right solution is the one that serves the business, even when it's the less exciting one to build.
Design for the Long Run
Shortcuts don't disappear, they turn into interest. Every system your team depends on, and every corner cut to hit a deadline, eventually has to be repaid, usually with more time and money than it saved. The cost of getting it right upfront is almost always lower.
Build Relationships
The best software is built by people who trust each other. Long-term partnerships between engineers, product managers, and clients consistently produce better outcomes than transactional engagements.
Communicate Clearly
Complexity that cannot be explained is a liability. Every technical decision should be explainable in a way that all stakeholders understand, evaluate, and trust, regardless of their technical background.
Never Stop Learning
The software industry evolves faster than any individual can track. Maintaining a genuine commitment to learning, not just following trends, separates engineers who grow from those who stagnate.
Own the Outcome
Accountability doesn't end at deployment. The real measure of engineering success is whether the software continued to deliver value to the business long after the sprint was closed and the ticket was marked done.
